How can I place a return?
You need to mail us at email@example.com or message on WhatsApp +971557101601 for returning the product. We will respond to you as soon as possible and initiate the return procedure. We accept returns of our products within 2 days of receipt. Products must be returned unused, tags intact in their original form of packaging. Any product returned after 2 days of receipt will not be eligible for a refund.
How do I get my refund?
A refund amount will be issued once we have received your returned items. Any items that are damaged when we receive are not eligible for a refund. We will ask you your bank details via WhatsApp or email and then we transfer the amount to your bank account. It may take up to 2-6 working days for the amount to reflect in your account. You will get the refund amount of the product only; original shipping and tax charges are non-refundable.
